Graph, Spectra, Control and Epidemics: An Example with a SEIR Model

Networks and graphs offer a suitable powerful framework for studying the spread of infection in human animal populations. In case heterogeneous population, social contact network has pivotal role analysis directly transmitted infectious diseases. The literature presents several works where network-based models encompass realistic features (such as contacts networks or host–pathogen biological data), but analytical results are nonetheless scarce. As significant example, this paper, we develop multi-group version epidemiological SEIR population-based model. Each group can represent subpopulation with same habits geographically localized people. We consider also heterogeneity weighting between two groups. simple application, propose control algorithm which optimize connection weights order to minimize combination an economic cost cost. Some numerical simulations provided.
